This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the RugsBySize™ Online Service (the "Service"). By using the RugsBySize™ website you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at RugsBySize™ website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
RugsBySize™ provides users with an Internet-based service that enables them to search for various products by dimensional sizes and additional criteria. The service aggregates content from product suppliers and across the Internet and presents it in a simplified interface for its users. All products are from third-party providers. Examples of content displayed include, but are not limited to, furniture-related products such as rugs and carpets.
RugsBySize™ contains links to third-party online retailers. When a user clicks a link from our website, and completes a purchase, we may receive a commission.
Businesses/Merchants can add their business details to RugsBySize's Local Listing page. By doing so, the Merchant agrees that 1) their business is within or related to the rug/carpet/flooring industry, and 2) RugsBySize may contact them for notification of their submission as well as additional reasons such as informing of future services that can further help the Merchant's business. RugsBySize reserves the right to review and deny a business listing.
Businesses/Merchants can optionally purchase a Profile Page listing for a monthly or annual subscription fee. The subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
RugsBySize™ is currently in its initial launch phase. The service and website are in beta version. As a result, users might experience technical abnormalities. We welcome any feedback as we continue to develop the website's features.
RugsBySize™ reserves the right to edit or remove content gathered from third-party providers for the use of maintaining content quality and improving general user functionality.
The site is provided on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RugsBySize™ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or data within this web site in terms of its correctness, completeness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. RugsBySize™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. RugsBySize™ shall not be liable to User or any third party should RugsBySize™ exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that RugsBySize™ does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
Our website includes links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site.
